Jade Insulation were contracted to carry out the trace heating and insulation at a WWTW as part of a scheme to reduce the phosphorous and iron levels in the final effluent. The works under taken were the trace heating and insulation of:-

Sodium Hydroxide POA Cabinets and dosing pipework

Turbidity Instrument

For this particular project our Foam & Wrap™ system was used which has become a cost effective system for the trace heating and insulation of flexible chemical dosing pipework.
