Stucco
Stucco cladding is resistant to corrosion, abrasion and impact. With its excellent thermal conductivity, it reduces heat loss or gain and is an ideal solution for pipework, ducting and vessels. It reflects solar radiation, keeping surfaces cooler in summer and warmer in winter, enhancing thermal efficiency. The textured appearance offers good visual appeal, hiding minor imperfections and can be painted.

Aluzinc
Aluzinc offers superior corrosion resistance, making it ideal for harsh environments where moisture or corrosion is an issue. It also provides excellent durability and strength, withstanding mechanical impacts. Another key benefit is its fire resistance, which protects pipework and insulation and helps to stem the spread of fire.

Aluminium
Whilst aluminium doesn’t offer the same protection to mechanical impact as Aluzinc, it is lightweight and durable, offering excellent resistance to corrosion, rust and weathering. This offers low maintenance costs even in harsh conditions. It is also fully recyclable and therefore sustainable.

Stainless Steel
Stainless Steel offers significant benefits, including superior corrosion resistance, enhanced durability and lifespan and resistance to chemical and thermal damage. Its excellent resistance to abrasion, wear, and mechanical impacts protects pipework, extending its service life. Commonly used in the pharmaceutical, chemical and food and beverage industries where hygiene is paramount as it resists scaling and contamination. Whilst the initial investment is higher, it can pay off in terms of protection, reliability, safety and aesthetics.

Plastisol
Plastisol cladding consists of steel that is coated with an anticorrosive primer and a robust plastisol (PVC) layer, giving it a tough, slightly textured finish in a wide array of colours. It’s both strong and lightweight, offering high resistance to scratching, impacts, and UV radiation, making it ideal for harsh weather conditions. Commonly used on bag filters, silos and profile finishes for flat surfaces. Because it is available in a range of colours, it can be used where planning conditions require it to blend into the surrounding environment.

PIB (Polyisobutylene)
PIB is a relatively durable, weatherproof and flexible insulation covering that comes on a roll and can be used in a variety of industrial insulation applications. Its flexibility and ability to stretch make it ideal for irregular surfaces. It has good chemical resistance in most cases and offers high UV resistance, protecting the substrate from corrosion. However, it can’t offer the same protection against mechanical impact that metals provide and will degrade over time, so it should only be used in the right applications. It will cope with temperatures from -40 to 120 °C.
