




Vessel Industrial Insulation Solution, Norfolk
Working with a specialist manufacturer of high-quality stainless-steel vessels, Jade undertook the specification, design, and installation of an industrial insulation and thermal management solution. The system was specified in line with BS 5422:2009, BS EN ISO 12241:2008, and relevant industry standards. As an initial step, Jade conducted a complimentary site survey to assess the application and determine the insulation specification required to meet the client’s performance objectives. Following the assessment, commercial terms were agreed to allow the next stage of the project to progress.
The preparation stage is conducted at our main manufacturing facility in Rotherham, South Yorkshire, United Kingdom. In this stage, the traceable materials were issued from Jade stock, prepared, pre-cut, and pre-formed to specification, ensuring accuracy and consistency to support efficient installation.

Our Expertise
Our experienced Southeast installation team coordinated the provision of all necessary tooling and work-at-height equipment and completed the installation in accordance with the agreed programme. Our skilled team met and exceeded all health and safety requirements throughout the project, removed all waste materials throughout the site presence, and were commended on the tidiness of the site.
Drawing on our expertise and experience, the insulation system included our Corrosion Under Insulation (CUI) barrier system; this was specified as part of the insulation scheme to help prevent any corrosion of the stainless steel over time and is often overlooked by other providers. The installation work was completed to a very high standard, with minimal deformation of the outer encapsulating materials, resulting in an excellent finish to the client’s satisfaction.
