Energy Insulation Services, Rotherham

Jade Insulation, providing energy insulation services in Rotherham, has successfully completed its insulation contract for an innovative project which focuses on flexible power generation utilising natural gas engines with advanced energy efficiency and carbon capture. This site boasts an electrical capacity of 10 MW, with plans to further enhance capacity through a private wire power supply to local businesses.

The use of elastomeric foam, mineral wool, and foam glass as insulation materials in the project provides excellent thermal performance and fire resistance, while the Alu Zinc cladding enhances durability and aesthetics, protecting the insulation from environmental factors and ensuring a long-lasting finish.

Removable covers are designed to facilitate efficient flanges, valves, and pump maintenance by providing easy access to internal components. This accessibility minimises downtime during routine inspections, repairs, or replacements, ultimately enhancing operational efficiency and maintaining system integrity. By incorporating these covers, maintenance personnel can quickly address issues without the need for extensive disassembly, leading to reduced labour costs and improved reliability of the equipment. All these were manufactured in-house at our facility in Rotherham.
