Water Treatment Insulation, North West
Jade Insulation provided a full water treatment insulation for a Water Treatment facility in the North West. We provided fixed scaffold access to 2No 45m3 Sodium Hydroxide Storage Tanks to enable the installation of trace heating to maintain the chemicals at 25 degrees C and then insulate with 75mm thick mineral wool, which was then overclad with 2B Stainless Steel.
Suction Pipework from the tanks to the dosing kiosk was also required to be trace heated with a duty / standby system incase of failure of the trace heating, finished in mineral wool and PIB finish.
The project was completed with a high standard of workmanship, quality and completed on time and within budget.
