Biomass Plant Insulation, UK

Jade Insulation was awarded the contract for the insulation and trace heating to three newly constructed Biomass Plants; this was a very demanding project as all three projects were being built simultaneously and had key milestones to be met to achieve the generation of power.

The scope consisted of insulation services to the boiler, FGT and associated equipment, piping and ductwork. Assets insulated and cladded included the FGT (recirculation systems), standard steam piping, water steam cycle, and various vessels, tanks and silos.
