Insulation Maintenance
Heat and power systems require regular maintenance that often involves the removal and refitting of the insulation to gain access to plant and ducts for inspection and testing, we provide a complete shut down service to remove cladding, insulation and jackets at the start of a shutdown and replace them at the end of the shutdown with the timing based on our clients’ requirements.
Insulation activities are often the bookends of a maintenance shutdown project, removing the insulation in the first instance and then re-installing at the end to enable the system to come back online. Our project management teams are experienced in organising the logistics to meet the tight timescales usually involved in maintenance projects to keep down time to a minimum.
